Keeping up with school is easier when every course, deadline and grade is in one place. The Assignment Tracker follows each assignment from the day you get it to the day it is graded.

Add a due date, update the status and type your points. The sheet shows the score, the days left and an alert, and the Dashboard lists what is overdue and what is due in the next 7 days. A monthly calendar puts open assignments on the day they are due, and a summary shows each course in numbers.

It is a digital download for Excel and Google Sheets, for high school, college, university and online students.

How it works

Add your courses and your school's grading scale on the Setup tab.
Add each assignment with its course, type and due date.
Update the status and type your points when it is graded.
Check the Dashboard and the Calendar to see what is due next.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes. You get an Excel workbook and a PDF guide with a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. The two versions are separate files and do not sync.

Is the GPA exact?

It is an estimate, calculated from your own scale and the numbers you enter. Your school's official GPA may differ.

Can I use it for weighted courses?

Yes. Each course can use points or weighted grading, and you can enter a weight for each assignment.

Is there an example file?

Yes. A second Excel file is filled with example data for a sample semester, so you can see how everything works before using your own numbers.
