Setting a price is easier when you know exactly what one unit costs you. The Pricing Calculator starts from your materials, adds labor, packaging and fees, and shows the profit and margin of every product.

From that cost it suggests prices: one based on a markup, one based on the margin you want, a final price rounded the way you like, and a wholesale price. Fees are a percentage of the selling price plus a fixed fee per sale, so the suggested prices already cover them.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes. You get an Excel workbook and a PDF guide with a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. The two versions are separate files and do not sync.

Does it set the price for me?

It suggests prices from the numbers and percentages you enter. The final price is always your choice.

Does the market price change the calculation?

No. It is a price you enter only to compare against.

Is there an example file?

Yes. A second Excel file is filled with example data, so you can see how everything works before using your own numbers.
